Terribly misleading place to go to. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Do not enter this store. It is easy to get duped by their saccharine sweet words that last only as long as you finalize your purchase They insist on an advance payment in full in cash as they do not have an alternate payment acceptance method. Once payment is made, they become unresponsive to the point where I have been waiting for delivery of my order for a week now. They have failed to meet every delivery schedule they had committed to and do not bother to inform you of the delays unless you follow up with them. Each follow up contains hollow promises which are broken at the drop of a hat. I now feel that they are a scam. Shoppers beware! Spend your hard earned money somewhere else and save yourself the headache.

Very bad experience with Ritu Gupta. She is one of the best liar & cheater we had came across. Had purchase so much stuff from them in most of our & relatives occasions and every time she had shown her worst services.. Will suggest you all not to buy anything from them . If you wants to ruin your occasions, then she is the right person for that. A big fraud & cheater.

Worst place where you can land for shopping. BEWARE of the sellers at this shop! Frauds and cheaters! Once you enter this shop they will pretend to be most sweet folks around and will make bundle of promises. And post taking ur order with atleast 50% advance which they initially ask for 100% they will never ever keep their word. They promised delivery of my engagement dress on 29 oct. Follow up 1 - I called they said to come on 1st Nov. Follow up 2 - again I called to check if my dress was ready, they said plz come after 3-4 days the dress is in the making. Follow up 3 - 6 Nov I called again and they said since it was festive week hence labours did not work much hence may take another one more week. I requested them to deliver my dress soon as my event was just 2 weeks away. Follow up 4 - 12 Nov... I called again and requested to give it asap since already they had taken up so much time and my engagement was just 4 days away. To my surprise the lady at this shop questioned me that my event was supposed to be on later date how come it's so early. And that I have communicated her wrong event date. I asked her how does that even matter since it has nothing to do with dress delivery date which already has crossed 12 days. The lady at the shop kept saying that she needs 2 more days and that there won't be any fitting issues when she handovers my dress and I can collect and leave and will not have to wait for any fitting corrections. Means as per her I must be there to collect my dress just a day before my event. 14 Nov - I visit the shop to take the dress. They keep me waiting for long until a dress arrives which they say is mine. I try the dress and to my surprise it was all together a different fabric piece that I saw at time of booking. I told her this is not what I chose to which she and her staff keep saying it's the same one. Then luckily I had a picture of my chosen dress AT time of booking which I showed and she kept denying. Argument heated up. And finally she agreed that there was difference and it was just the minor dye colour. I told her it's cheapest version of what I booked and if it's not show me the peice that I was shown at time of booking. Long conversation short... Arguments and arguments and finally the piece that i initially booked was brought from some hidden place in shop. Compared both and asked her if she wants me to ask other customers whether they are same or different. She then promised to give me what i had booked the very next day after fittings and said may be by mistake fabric was changed. Deal done for my chosen dress to be available on 15 nov. I came back next day to collect that dress and there were no alterations done yet. It was same fitting piece from past day. Since my engagement is tomorrow 16 nov i had no other option but to wait at that shop for as long as fitting was getting done. Today 15 nov, I have a dress from them that's just a kaam chalau fitting dress for my once in alife time event tomorrow. Have paid huge for it and definitely nothing can compensate for what I have gone through all this while. May God never give them any customers in future. Fraudsters!!
