★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apsara Sarees no doubt the designs and clothes provided by you is good. We all know prices are high still we pay such huge prices because of the collection at your store. But things does not end here, you guys behave differently on our first visit when we purchase the dress and differently when we come for alterations. Sorry to say you guys have pathetic alteration services. You people take these things lightly. Please cross check whatever the changes are being asked by your client are they done or not. Even after taking 2 weeks for alterations you guys seriously disappoint us with your service that too when when we have paid a hug amount for the dress. Today I saw many of your customer including me getting disappointed by your alteration services. Please guys you need to work on this other wise you will soon lose your clients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst and pathetic service you will ever get. They exactly knows how to ruin your expensive dress. They can't get your dress into right fitting even after 2 trials. Their staff behaviour suddenly changes after you make the payment. Worst service ever.
Suggest anyone who is reading this never visit them. They will ruin your special day dress and they don't even care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very annoyance and disappointing experience with the staff and the owners. Change in the color of the dress at the time of delivery and arguing that the color is same and not accepting their mistakes and blame the customer for the same and at the last time the customer don't have the option to go somewhere else so they have to make the purchase and the next visit is even more pathetic in terms of services and if you say any word about your previous visit in front of customers then they will blame you and will display the rude behaviour and will be disrespectful to you... Very very bad and pathetic experience...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrogant staff and not at all cooperation. Delays in delivery of product and fitting issues. Just keep in mind if you are buying anything, you will definitely have to visit them again and again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a lehenga a week ago from them that costed me INR 19850. It had the tag with price 23450. But the actual worth of lehenga on other shops was INR 9000. That I came to know later.
The heights of their cheating and forgery is unbelievable. firstly they vouch that the design is their own and even the designs are not available in other colours. Then I found the same pattern in another colour on their shop only. But what makes me sad and furious is that th same lehenga my relative bought from another shop in just INR 9000.
It's so devastating to know that we are cheated by such renowed showroom.
Staff is so rude and unfriendly. They have no zeal to show you the stuff.. but they insist on buying out of the few options only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst store and experience, very rude staff, they don't know what exactly they are selling. While selling the wedding lehnga to me they told me something else and on delivery day when i asked about it they refused and said this is how it is suppose to be. They even body shamed me multiple times mentioning that slim girls can't have gher in their lehngas. On the day of purchase, I billed 2 items and on day of delivery i refused to pay the remaining amount for item but wanted to get 1 item which was fully paid for they refused saying if you want then take full order otherwise neither you will get the order nor the refund. They messed up my wedding lehnga totally. Even before that they have behaved like this. While my wedding shopping i went to their store and asked them to show me stuff they straight forward said only if you want to buy then only we will show otherwise you can leave. Never recommending this to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have done 90% of my sister's wedding shopping from this store. The collection is really good, the staff is polite and humble. It was difficult for my mum and sister to visit Delhi every single day. Such a bliss that we got supreme collection with ultimate quality within five minutes drive. Shashank manages that store and trust me, he is a hard-working and smart guy. He helped us with our last-minute orders.
It is so sad to see such a good store is having so low ratings. Definitely go there and you will see, no other store is offering the same quality in such reasonable prices. :)
