★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrific experience with them, Manager is very rude and he doesn't show any respect to the clients...the way he speaks is just not acceptable..I bought a ready-made lehenga n paid an advance since they said they need to alter the blouse n the next day I called them to stop n will buy something else of the same price...the manager denied n I understand that I paid advance, hence I need to get it as they are working on alterations..however the behavior is just not acceptable n there's respect.. I wouldn't recommend this shop at all... the manager is irresponsible n he says " you can reach out to anyone" and just walked away...such an horrible manager, never seen in any shop...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. Rude Manager, shouts at us, we have been requesting to deliver on time, delays and travelling back all the time. No manners at all. Please remove this manager or shop will come down in no time.
I had to buy new dress, as this one was not delivered in time for my occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. Staff doesn’t know how to attend customers. Adarsh is the worst salesperson. It felt like he doesn’t even want to sell anything. He was being rude. I had to ask same question again and again (when can you deliver one particular gown) but didn’t get a concrete answer till the end. Dealing with him was talking to a wall. Will suggest everyone to never walk in this place which is not willing to sell rather more interested in frustrating you.
