i Purchased " Blue Print 512, digital Printing machine" I face technical problems and i contact Company Persons, technicians, They Are not Answering My calls. I am Not Happy With Service. Plz Think About It.

I had booked printing machine paid Rs 25,000 and cancelled the same within 7 days I was not refunded, I requested to give some other product but not ready. Very bad image never deal with it anybody regards ashok shetty

Above review Continue..........and send the seniors mail-id as well.Again we waited for the reply, But hence, again we faced the delay into the same subject we specifically asked for the contact of the Senior Responsible person of Apsom to the Sales Person but I still didn't receive it yet. We are actually facing the innumerable loss due to these problem and we are not in these position to accept any of the delays.We again again have requested the team to look into these subject and let me also highlight the subject that in the month of diwali festivals again into the decembers for the new year eve sale we have already face alot of losses due to the machine is not into the working procedure. We have taken these huge loss into the span of our sale. And now it is not Furtherly accepted.

I hereby would like to mention few issues which we have faced in couple of months related to the machine ….as previously the machine started to pop-up the errors at 31/08/2020. It was mentioning only { system halt (1) lb4:pcb sldr24 }. As immediately our Manager called up to the company of yours ( M/s. Apsom ) and intimated about the error, the machine problems…. And asked to send the Engineer as earlier as possible, meanwhile as we were told to purchase the PCB wire Our Manager took initiative to buy it and we bought the PCB cable but even when after getting the PCB cable we were still waiting for a long time for the Engineer to come and visit the Royaleway unit. The delay for the Engineer was also patiently handled by the Royaleway team. As the Engineer visited in our unit at 03 October 2020 he lookout at the machine and even made the replacement of the PCB wire and then checked but still the same error was been showned up.on the same day while leaving the Engineer mentioned that while next visit I would get the Dummy Heads and we will check further. Next visit the Engineer came up and checked with the dummy heads but still same error the machine was showing…. He confidently mentioned to the royaleway team that surely the head of the machine ( royaleway ) is not having any error there is something else creating an issue to the machine and then he tried to call up his colleagues and then left the Royaleway unit. Furtherly due to this all delay we were not able to take any relevant decisions related the printing jobs as the demand for the apparels where high and we were onto the backstabbing point due to this unfavourable situations. As almost 04 months there is no proper service follow-up taken by the team of yours ( M/s. Apsom ) .We are not able to take this unnecssary delays in a patient way as we still are in a humble way requesting to look into these topic in a severe manner. Firstly our Manager started taking a lookout into these machine error issue he always got much more ignorance and delays by the apsom team and then the Marketing Employee of Royaleway company took a follow-up along with the Lady from the Apsom itself still there are the repeated things happening such as like delay and the delay only. The calls are also not been answered nowadays by the Apsom Team and if received there are only the excuses mentioned. The Lady was about to inform our Marketing Member by 02/12/2020 evening but even we did not receive any call as usual. Kindly please do let us know how to deal further along with these unnecessary chaos happened. And kindly resolve these as earlier as possible.As after these communication on the mail itself later on we only receive the Quotation from the Team Apsom as we were requesting to let us know the explaination about these error but I guess the team thought that sending the Quotation means, getting rid of the problem. But hence after sending the Quotation as well we got to know that we need to Purchase the particular part of the Mimaki Machine, But as we have the questions that why should we purchase the part,which part should we purchase,and also after purchasing that part is that part going to work on it's best for the Mimaki Machine.Due to these all questions and query we are trying to reach uptil you now and then and asking for the Justification and who is responsible for all these Position.And even when the Engineer came and visited and also checked with the Dummy Heads and said that there is not an Error for the Head there is something else error and we will get back to you or else the company will get back to you. Why are these delays happening and even later on the company is still not bothering to check out the problems happening.While purchasing the Mimaki Machine I had the conversation with the Sales Person so hence furtherly on 30/09/2020 ( Wednesday ) I again had the communication with him on the same and asked him to let me the solution on these. As that Sales Person mentioned me that he will have the word with his Senior ( M/S.APSOM TEAM MEMBER )
