actullay i need to get a pack from ongole to giddalur.
our person has handed over the pack in last night at ongole APSRTC Parcel & Courier service, till now i didn't get the Pack.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though idea of rtc handling courier is great they failed in implementation. At times drivers and coolies were arrogant. Even after taking money they are behaving as if they are doing some social service I have. Respecting your customer is #1 rule in service sector. Train all the people involved APSRTC courier properly.
