★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited here after seeing the reviews to install Powertronic ECU, a job well done with good cable management. This is not a typical service centre where you get a quote and after billing, its your problem, Thompson is skilled and pays attention to detail until the customer is happy. Had a whole range of issues in my Duke 390 and was fixed in a pocket friendly manner. He also explains what caused the problem and give you insights on aftermarket products. He goes above and beyond to ensure quality of work done. Everyone here are polite and humble. Would definitely recommend for all types of bikes. A few more things left to fix, but im sure Thompson will sort it out. Really happy to have found this place.
Edit: All the left over work is completed with precision. Thompson the bike doctor (Madara of KTM)made me fall in love with my bike again. Im extremely thankful to APT. God bless!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thomson is honest and very professional. Gave my pulsar 200 NS for full service. This is the first time my bike got serviced outside of Bajaj service. At the end really happy with the craftsmanship of street riders. I Highly recommend this garage for 2 wheeler service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly professional folks. According to Mr. Richard Thomson, the each and every penny you pay should be worth it and it should give some added value to your vehicle. He explains clearly about what you get out of and what you'll lose out of it when you install something on your bike.
They don't use any 1st copy or used products. Every products are imported and genuine.
If you are looking for performance upgrade with neat killer looks then this is a place you should go for.
But if you are just going behind fancy looks with some cheap materials then this is not a place for you.

This was my second visit to the garage and the mechanics will always show and tell you what needs to be done and what's not necessary unlike other places. The owner Thompson is very informative and humble, shared a lot of info and they will agree as per your needs, be it budget or quality, they balance it the best. They dont believe in first copy/cheap products, only the best parts and fits, and also adjust the price as required, so I would rate this place 'moderately priced'. This is my go-to center from now, and I would suggest you the same!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you love your 2Wheeler, this is the place to go. I cannot recommend any other place in and around KalyanNagar, Kammanahalli.
I have been riding for 23 years now and had experienced a lot of bike service points (company service outlets as well as others) but this one is just best so far.
The owner Thomson and his associate/mechanic Surya has deep understanding of each and every aspect of a motorcycle and they always help you to understand what can be done and what not, with 100% transparency. Awesome customer experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a full service and also fixed gear shaft to my bike, they delivered within a day and tested thoroughly. Service workstation is transparent, you can see them repairing bikes. They are always ready to clear your doubts and also provide suggestions. Little pricey but worth the money. Go for it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apt bike point has provided really good service for my bike. And recently APT helped me with getting Fuelx installed on my bike which I wasn't sure was possible. Thomson has good experience with bikes and provided me with very clear details of the impact with whatever mods and changes I wanted to do on my bike. And his crew has got good experience with servicing and handling bikes. Would recommend this place to anyone who wants their bike to get the best service and performance mods.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mr.Thompson was very friendly, asked about my problems, rode the bike and was quickly able to assess the work that was needed to be done. The mechanic was super knowledgeable and to my suprise spoke decent english and allowed me to see the repair work being done, i was a bit skeptical initially then after seeing the mechanic and mr.thompson working together to repair the bike, i was at ease and very well diagnosed. The complaint i had made was that the acceleration was not smooth, there was a burst sound coming from exhaust when i hold the clutch and rev, both problems were taken care of and I appreciate the knowledge shown by mr.thompson and the diligent work done by the mechanic. Now the bike is smooth and i dont feel like selling it anymore even though its 3 years old ?. They thought the timing chain has worn off but when they actually opened the bike it was the tensioner that had worn out, they didn't charge me for all the parts they had bought and returned the ones that weren't used. Have spent almost 6 hours in their workshop and it was pretty good learning so many things about my bike, glad that they let me see all of the repairs. I will visit again but I dont think its needed for atleast a year. I highly recommend this place mainly if your bike manufacturer's service centers are not able to understand your concern. Mr.Thompson is a bike enthusiast and will talk to you and engage you in really interesting conversations. Genuine people genuine service ??
