★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quality of Apartments is not so good. Also there is huge water crisis here. Water is supplied only once in a week. The quality of bore well is very bad and unhygienic. I think drainage water is mixed with boring water. Do not buy/rent these apartments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No parking space is provided. Club house & garden is too small. Water supply not sufficient. Bore water quality is too bad can't be use for anything. This society is of 6 building. It has Ground + 7 floor. Lift is been provided in all building. Generator backup is been provided.First in Thane district they have provided swimming pool on terrace.

Bcoz I stay here, it's about 2.5 kms away from Ambarnath Station, but once u reach here u will feel peace, away from busy polluted crowded place, clear air parallel to Railway Track and B cabin Road, Image I'm sharing is from my Balcony of Building Caribbean.

Initially this Society was best to live, but as people started to accommodate the situation is getting worst day by day. Today's situation is like No Drinking Water, Boring Water Stinks worms can be found, as we say a good society is built by its people here we can found some people stay over here are pathetic they throw Used Sanitary Pads, Used Condoms from the washroom windows, vegetables remains from the balcony, you will feel like you are staying in SRA Building (Slum Rehabilitation Authority Building).
People here have a mentality that kind of vehicles decide the class of society not the Civic behavior. An Auto Rickshaw of a owner is parked is society, for some owners feel like they are living in slum but they don't see the behavior of so called class people with no vehicles or 2 wheeler or 4 wheeler doing such pathetic things in society.
