★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly unsetisfied...my Kent was not working ..their untrained staff visited couple of times and got my Auro machine part changed unnecessarily and billed for Rs 2500 but still problem persists..Morover They didn't respond appropriately...Finally I called someoneelse and problem found in pump and it was corrected, now Auro machine working fine..Aquashine people even couldn't able to find the problem in my Kent auro machine...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite repeated reminders, the first service has not been done. The complaint was lodged with Sakshi. Complaint No. 2306, dt. 11th April 2019 and again reminded on 16th April, 2019. This is as a follow up to my earlier complaint which I did in February and March. Earlier action needs to be taken.

Constantly pushing for AMC which they charge 4.5K + INR. Took their AMC once, in the period membranes were damaged twice and they mentioned they are using legitimate products.
Didn't continue for next year, membrane again got damaged in just three months (which should at least last for an year). This time called another vendor who verified that parts used by Aqua Shine were cheap and non genuine.
NEVER TAKE THEIR SERVICES !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud company. They will charge you upfront and not complete the said service . No technical experience . The service person did more damage while fixing the issue and would not pick up the phone when asked to come fix it again.
