The staff are not honest. My money was stolen from my trouser pocket when i was laying on my face for massage by the therapist, who was a beginner to massage.
This place is not a real massage place and is not worth what you pay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst customer handling. This is first time I was trying services of Aqua Spa. Bought voucher from Nearby and took apoinment for 7 pm. As soon as I reach their the receptionist who was very rude denied saying that this voucher is not valid for Saturday and Sunday. If it is not valid then why did she has given me an appointment. She was ready to listen anything and trying to put all blame on Nearby. She was pretty rude and using rough language. When I have contacted Nearby then they said same is valid for Saturday and Sunday also. On voucher no where mentioned it is not valid for Saturday and Sunday.
They certainly are not professional. And I would not recommend this place to anyone.
