★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Single motive is to make money and lure you in trap of amc. They charge for amc plus service visit also. So if you call them few times for any problems then bill of amc and visit charges will be higher than new machine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had been customer of aquaguard water purifier since 2006. The service was just okay over the years. They used to visit earlier for changing the filters, in recents years we had to call them to change the filters.
Recently our water purifier broke down, after multiple calls and one escalation they finally repaired after 5 visits.
They asked to pay the annual maintenance charge, which I asked they should check whether we already have the AMC. They told they can't check, therfore I paid for AMC. We demanded for bill, they said it will be given through a link. No link came, we called the local service center, we raised two tickets through customer care. I also emailed them, but no resolution came. We downloaded the app and no AMC details are updated there. The local service center kept around 2300 rupees for themselves.
After 2 weeks, the water purifier that was repaired, is not filtering the water properly. Although we had been customers of aquaguard for 15+ years, in future we won't recommend this brand to anyone.
