I bought a HP laptop and it had some software problems they took nearly 25 days to solve it and I couldn't use my laptop for almost a month also I had to go there atleast 7-8 times after I received the laptop for different issues like wifi not working,antivirus was mot installed,etc. I would never ever recommend them if you are buying any product.
