★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a unprofessional brand. And they are so careless. Only they will follow up for buying an AMC so the company will make money. Otherwise no one is is concerned about the complaint. Don't know what exactly the issue is but you will have to give them reminders. The staffs are not trained enough, the procedure are also so casual. They come for the installation and they don't provide a bill for that. Don't know how. Horrible and pathetic. This is a suggestion for all don't go for it. It's better to go for a brand where you will get a proper service. The drinking water is flowing faster then the waste water. OMG lol.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am using aqua yash. But the eagle machine is not working properly. The sensors do not work. The service centres do not respond back. The management team commits time line but never followed. Looking for really good purifiers this is going to create health issues and people at company are very rude to speak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Your cylinder (changing) system is very worst. Once, number 80 underwear can comfortably fit for SUMO pehelwan, but your Cylinder couldn't fit for your socket.

I purchased Aquayash Water purifier before 1 year and now repairing Person(Agency Owner) is saying that required 4000 to repair machine. If in one year required 5000 for repairing then you will realise that machine is third class. Also Agency Owner Ravi Bagal is not supporting and as per my knowledge he is cheating with Customers. My suggestion to other and new user is don't go for Aquayash Water purifier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased aquayash water purifier. Within 4 months its not working. I complaint again an again to customer care they not support for service. I also write mail to company but still not given any feedback. Till date (October) no response from customer care. Please dont buy this product. Service is very very bad.
