I was a little sceptical of his abilities initially given he had little experience to show but decided to go ahead with him after our first meeting as he understood my vision completely and even refined it further with his technical expertise. What he may lack in experience he more than makes up for it with a diligent and dedicated approach. His technical skills are immaculate too and he suggested me many ideas to ensure I get what I want but at a lower cost. No prizes for guessing who I am asking to come on board as an architect for my next project.
