★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the reputed shop in Amravati located in jaystambha chauk ... they have sarees , dress and also they have all clothes needed in marriages for bride ... saree quality is nice ... rates are also good sometimes it may high ... staff is caring and supportive and showroom is also good

I used to trust it...
But today one of my friend visited a shop and she was misbehaved by the staff..
A staff who was being trying to be touchy and being more casual than they are supposed to be...
woemniser staff has been added in this shop so be safe...
Arrogant staff with worst service...
Safety of women is loosing from aradhana

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst. Firstly they sent the finished dress parcel very late. The delivery was delayed by 4 days. The fitting was not proper even the dress had some shortcomings. We had all the way from Nagpur to Amaravati but Aradhna had let us down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very hopeless, disappointed and fraud experience we got. Felt cheated in purchasing. Very unhappy with service provided to outstation customers as not agreed to take parcel for damaged products. Overall bad and disgruntled shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This shop is very expensive. Simple silk sarees which are available for 2.5 to 3 thousand they will tell you price of 14,000 and then give discount and ask you price of 7000. There is no good collection of Men kurta set, wedding set, sherwani and others. Looks like selling 3-4 yr old stock at gold price. Dont go if you are expecting holesale price. They are costlier even compared to very big showrooms in City.

So this is not the place if you want good customer service after making payment ?.
Make sure to ask for quick bill and all the purchased products.
They always say system issue and delay the delivery.
I feel they want customers to stand near the billing counter and this poor Indian business mentality will not end.
