★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible people work here. But the question is do they even work? These people have no energy to work. Have to wait half an hour to get them stop talking on the phone and heat a sandwich. They speak so loudly on the phone that customers feel they have entered hell and can’t wait to leave the store but have to stay because they are hungry and the food is delicious. Sometimes I prefer eating at monginis which is just around the corner. The manager namely “Baloram”, I suppose as I have heard from the neighboring stores, is a pain for everybody. He does not have good relation with local people even. I being a customer who comes in the local Arambagh store for tasty food for short period of time can’t stand this persons behaviour. Can’t fight with this person on a empty stomach on a busy day, hence this review. Hope somebody tells something to this guy. Zero star if I could give here but one is mandatory. Local people also tells this guy stays within the store at night and gets drunk regularly. Maybe this is why he doesn’t behave straight in the day.
