★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best way to go Bankura,Bishnupur,Purulia is travelling by SBSTC govt bus from Arambagh bus stand.
At first from the Arambagh station you will get auto (6/-Rs.) & Toto (10/-Rs.) towards Arambagh bus stand.
The first bus towards Purulia ,bankura, Bishnupur is 6:15 am, Second bus is 7:10 am.
From Arambagh to B ankura fare is 78/-Rs.You will get ticket from the SBSTC counter.
It will take time to reach bankura around 2 hours 30 mins.
If you try to find different route bus location,you can get a chart beside the counter for different time tables.

Ticket counter is there in large area for this bus stand. Seating arrangement is also there . A small shop of tea & other tiffin items is there.
