Valuers assess the financial value of land, property and commercial machinery. Valuation is commonly used for purposes such as selling, buying or loan from financial institute. Valuers examine assets to determine a range of factors, which will vary depending on the specific type of asset being valued & Arcd Architects is into the practice since last 15 years.

Survey of Land

For bigger projects, Arcd Architects gets the land surveyed by its technical associates to get the perfect positioning of land.

Sketches & Final Drawings

Arcd Architects provides preliminary sketches for the projects with multiple options for finalization of drawings. Believing in detailed working on paper rather than actual on ground, which attract the cost.

After finalization of sketches, Arcd Architects provides the final drawings with all the necessary features i.e. service drawings including structural, joinery, electrical, sanitary, water supply, drainage system etc.

Govt. Department Liasoning

Arcd Architects deals with the Government for getting the approval of projects. It includes all the pre & post approval for successful completion of project.

Preparation of tender documents

Arcd Architects have a qualified team who deal in writing & finalization of tender documents, including Pre-qualification questionnaires, Bid documents, Tender quality submissions.

Site Supervision

Site supervision off / on, when required by the clients / management. Complete projects by planning, organizing and controlling; completing quality inspections; supervising sub-contractors. Arcd Architects also verify the quantity & bill of the contractors.
