★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible experience with the recent purchase of electronics I made with Arcee electronics Vashi store. They made me run from pillar to post to get the delivery and installation done. On 7th of March i.e 9 days ago I had placed the order with this Vashi store since then I have been chasing them for the delivery and installation and finally most of the goods got delivered and installed still there is one appliance which is yet to be delivered there is no update from their end.
Would never recommend this store to anyone it is better to purchase online you get good deals and on time delivery.
Honestly I wish if there was an option to give something less than 1 star I would have given that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had purchased a Panasonic refrigerator from the store. It has started having issues in 2 years. After sales service is very poor. There is no one available to resolve the issue and the service center provided by them does not respond properly even after several call. Would suggest to be careful if you are buying any Panasonic product from here.
