โ โ โ โ โ Good service, especially Mr Naik, who never ignored any calls snd promptly answered all calls and attended issues. I hope there are more people in arcee like Mr Naik.

โ โ โ โ โ Not satisfied by installation charges. Initially told it will cost Rs. 2050/- but after installation they asked Rs 2554/-. AC is okay but it is not good to demand more money than decided.

โ โ โ โ โ They sold us samsung 55 inch smart Tv which is not functional, now we are struggling with samsung customer care for replacement..beware before u buy from them as the after sales is pathetic. They even delivered with 3 day delay..

I had booked 4 ac in april, but because they were unable to delever i cancelled the order,but they have not given the money back i have visited the more than 5 time and every time they say money will be transferred to my account within a week. Few days back i called them and they said you will get your money before 15/07 but i did not receive.
Today i visited the store and they said the person who was going to transfer the money has got covid so i would have to wait 1 more week.(just fooling people,how the heck such a big chain of store has only 1 person who handles money transfer.)
