Building does not have basic facility for visitor parking and the staff is extremely rude to accommodate cars for even few minutes when picking up anyone. Guard and admin don't allow cars to enter in second half either. Best not to get stuck in such a building and ridicule yourself in front of important business people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved the location. It's in Salt Lake, Sector 5. Near SDF. RDB Cinemas is just a 5 minute walk away from Arch Water Front. As the name suggests, this multi storeyed building is situated near a lake. Also, the security guards at the entrance are very helpful and courteous.
It is just opposite Nalban.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location of this building is too good. Prime location at Salt Lake. In front row f the lake. Highly secured building with lot to f security and covered with CC TV. We'll connected with local communication. Lot of car parking is there but you can not park bike over there. You need to park your bike in front of the building @Rs40. View from the building is very good. Some images are there for reference. This building is basically office building with software, services etc company office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is near to SDF, and quite well maintained along the entrance, parking, lobby, lift bays and the offices. The present building personnel is also very helpful. However, the higher staircases are strikingly cared less with all kinds of litter and cigarettes buds everywhere. Avoid the staircases!
