★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 23.03.2021: Store open timing is listed as 10 am. Staff casually walk in to open the store at 10.24am. No formal or informal apologies to me and the other customer who have been waiting from 10 am. Not a good approach.
Update 23.03.2021: 11 am. Staff called back and apologised for the delay. I have requested them to value people's time. They have assured this will not be repeated. I will not be able to remove the review as it is true as per the account and as my time is valuable to me. But, I have known them for more than 5 years and am sure they will keep their word in future. There is no issue with their service other than this and they have been always good.

Now that they are able to send the medicines through Dunzo, the need to physically go to the shop to buy medicines is no more. And they are able to arrange for the delivery of medicines with great speed. Thanks to all the staff who are caring and also efficient in arranging for the medicines.
