★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't have a great experience all the times we visited. The people there were rude and weren't willing to help at all. Do think before going or prefer the other stores of archies. Also do check the products as they were selling products which were damaged as well.

sales girl is class less, she even don't know how to speak with clients.
That shop is not for the business purpose .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop keeper is insulting customer and over confidence.. he said to put your bag on corner side without any safety... this kind of behavior never did any big shop or shopping mall... but owner have not respect to customers... never visit this shop.. all are so expensive

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always love Archie's. No matter how many gift shops open, Archie's has something unique in their collection. I specially love the accessories here, the earings n bracelets. This one in Baner is a small store. But the manager here is the rudest thing you will ever meet. He does not allow you to search the store or try on the earrings. I put down the rating to one just coz of the manager. Although Archie's store is good but the staff really disappointed me. Archie's mostly has humorous ones greeting cards. You can get soft toys, wallets, mugs, frames, keychains, diaries, glass figurines, wall hangings here. This is one gift shop which never gets old.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a greeting card from this store. I picked one and they asked me to pay while they pack it, the person took a long time to pack it... When I opened it at home, some letters were blurred. That over smart person had replaced my card with defected one!
People, there are many great stores out there which are far better than archies... I guess archies is not getting much business as they are doing such cheap tricks... I feel pity for them?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a horrible experience with this shop. The staff is extremely unprofessional and rude. It seemed like the staff is doing me a favor. Can’t imagine I was paying for such impolite behavior. Will never recommend anyone to visit this store. Will appreciate if the owner or the Archies Senior Management takes stock of the situation and take strict action on the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is not at all valuing customers. Store was complete mess at 4 PM with everything lying here and there. I think the staff and owner are over confident that it is Archies gallery and they will always have more customers than they need.
