★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor quality of services, unprofessional approach towards customer services, pathetic call centre, one has to wait for around 10 minutes in average to get call connected with team.
I had place my order on (08 August) 7 days before the festival Rakhi (14 August) but they dispatched the order from gurgaon to mumbai on the date of delivery (14 August). As per their tracker order if lying in Delhi only.
One can easily judge about the level empathy that arches people have for celebrations, they boast about feelings in every celebration & you see the level of their commitment.

I had booked to deliver flower bouquet on 25th May, but till date, it has not been delivered.
Their customer care number is out of service and also there is no response on their corporate number.
And further to that HDFC bank credit card service are also not helping in reversing the transaction.
Archiesonline is taking orders, but not delivering them. And also not refunding money.
Please do not book anything on this website.

Take the order for same day delivery, and has the policy to say irrespective of committed delivery date, whenever we attempt the deliveries, and irrespective of acceptance of delivery, they consider it delivered. No refund process, no order cancellation, no one picks the phone, ticket remain unattended for days altogether
Total wast of money and forgery being done with customer.
I order real flower bouquet as anniversary present....
