I still bought the item. They took 1000 rs for the item which was the mrp. and told me thankyou and were expecting me to leave.
When i asked for the receipt they made a fuss about it and when i got the receipt it was a discount of 40 % on the item which they gave me back only after the receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As a brand its good but here in this shopan doesnt allow much to touch or see thr products by removing from the hook or from its place they want u to just see them and select... If u r finally wanna buy them only then he will remove the product from its place.... Not at all friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I bought 60 rs worth of wrapping paper and they said they will charge 10rs for for wrapping so I was ok with that once the box was ready they charged me 20 rs saying the box was big!!!!!!!!! They are cheats it's not the question about 10rs but how they fool and cheat customers
Would recommend they learn how to treat customers soon. Also btw guys most places if u buy wrapping papers they wrap the gift for free
