Its been more than three years since we are struggling to rectify problems in the lifts installed at nandan apartment. both jaipur and chennai office has most negligent behavior for their customer. Advice to deal very carefully before purchasing any lift.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Company is understaff, lack of technical persons, poor in communication which is very unprofessional, technical person says he can visit maximum two times in a month which is annoying at times, if you wish to call they never picks call nor respond to massages . Strange , Company enjoying its name but future might be different ... I hope they foresee soon. I already had one equipment installed at my home and ordered two more in July , but no one will let me know status of my equipment status, paid over 65 percent but not a single screw received till date. God help them....
