★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most secure open society in Gurgaon. They have guards in each street . Best part is during rainy season there is minimal water clogging. Has 4 gates to enter and exit. Very near to huda city metro station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residential society located in Sector-52. The flats are good, but the infrastructure of roads are in poor condition. The other amenities like water, electricity and sewage are fine but do not expect 24hr supply for water or electricity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aardee city is a decent place but have few but very big flows like the roads are badly broken but few good ones too like it looks grrat when you visit Aardee city in Dipawali(Diwali), then it looks really great fue to the decoration and lights lots and lots of lights.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Living here from more than one year. The roads are not good. But this place is in center of Gurgaon. So evry place is accessible from here . The huda city center is 2 KMs from Ardee City, the bus stand is 8 kms from here. This place is good for living.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The society has great, spacious flats. The society is always clean and the staff is supportive. Ample parking space and well planned society. Usually the area is calm and peaceful and is quite joyous to be there. Green garden in the middle makes it more beautiful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is most centrally located open colony surrounded by world class medical facilities from Fortis...Artemis...Paras...Max Hospitals. Metro station just 2 kms well connected. A mall stuffed with quality shops and eating joints. Bad internal roads is a big set back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's a tussle going on between the builder and residents. Maintenance has taken a back seat because of it. There are frequent power cuts, parks and roads are not maintained. Things should improve when the matter is resolved.
Location is good (centre of Gurgaon). There's Ardee Mall nearby, which has good quality brands and restaurants.

For a brief, their staff is never available and just in case, you find their phone number (which is nearly impossible to get 99/100 of times), the staff will switch of their number or pretend to be supporting some other irrelevant sector.
