- price is much higher than actual values
- flat size is much smaller in this price
- flat parts are not that much organized as per size... For example, manglam tarang has the same size but very organized...
- their marketing team presented their Superior as some stubborn...?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a worst place, don't try to go there & don't try to book any property. If you book anything in ARG Group you will loose your money. Quality of work is worst, not upto mark, for which they are charging very high.
They are killing to labours n suppliers by not making payment, by all of them project can be buildup and can be completed but all members from group are fraudsters.
