★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m truly happy with services they provide. Very polite and professional staff. All thanks to Twinkle and Harsh who showed their skills in a very remarkable and professional way. Even though I was running late but these guys made me ready so quickly. I loved the make up done by Twinkle and hairdo by Harsh.
Hopefully I will will come again to avail their services.

Sana and Twinkle assisted me with my makeup and hair for one of the events. The result was better than expected. I strongly recommend that others get their party makeup done by them. One of the best in the town!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After having read some great reviews of the place, I decided to get my party makeup done here recently. Although the makeup actually turned out alright, the attitude of the staff was extremely unprofessional. The saree draping was not properly done either and I faced issues later. The lady handling my makeup was on her own trip. She nearly declined every suggestion that I made about what I wanted as if this was the first time I was getting a makeover done for an occasion. They didn’t have the card machine working so I had to pay in cash which was not my preferred method of payment. If I had to use one word for their attitude, the staff was passive and unpleasant.
It’s not just the result that matters but also the standard of professional services on which they rank poorly.
I’ve read some reviews and they are defensive about taking customer criticism or feedback too. If you can’t own up to what you’re doing wrong, why do you bother asking for feedback at all ? I regret having gone there. Surely not next time.
