β β β β β Pathetic customer service. They don't follow up orders, they have internal issue they take 10 days to ship a parcel from surat to Mumbai then 20 days to USA. If you need to get ship international order I highly recommend to not to use this

If you are business owner then don't use this because it will take forever to send shipment. My parcel is sitting at Mumbai location from 10 days. Their customer service is clumsy,lazy. Hate their service.

Booked my parcel for shipment and they hold it at Mumbai for no reasons for 2 weeks and at the time of booking the shipment, they promised me that parcel will deliver within 8 working days.
Called 10 times for follow up and they replied with the single sentence "check online for updates "
Disgusting service ever, please do not book with them. I missed a big function of mine because of late arrival of parcel! Well I haven't received my parcel it yet it's been 21 days.
They give excuses like due to corona it's delays n all totally wrong excuses.
