★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good infrastructure and best place. But it's totally opposite for people. Their language is sweet when you're new and here to buy property. Once you book , they'll keep nagging for rest payments though you commit dates. They'll ask to pay earlier and will try to scare you with other FOMO strategies. I booked property because of name of Arihant but their representatives are spoiling their name. I don't know about others experience but with me it happened.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad Experience and Poor Construction Quality with Arihant Aarohi.
3 years of construction and still society is facing Water issue and everyday we have to order water tanker for daily use which is burden on society.swimming pool is under maintenance from past 3 years and when we had booked the flat it was told will have garden facing and all but after taking the possession it was told we had cancel that plan.Why to make fake promises while booking the flat.Within 2 years Water leakage all over the Common area and Flats.lobby Tiles and common areas wall has been damage.Builder has used the Corpus fund without society permission.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Review 1- I m Atul- i just booked J-701 in Arihant Anaika 3. i read many positive and negative comments here. its all confusing. i give 4 star now because i dont know yet how it is because i will get possession may be in next 1 and half year. but i will keep sharing my updates here every month. i read comment of vijay patil about delay penalty.. just be aware guys. we put our lifetime asset for our home. i will write here next month on 22nd march.. lets share ur experience here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Caution ⚠️- if you are visiting the site and not sure whether you
will purchase, sales guys will insist for paying 100% refundable booking amount.....pls don't pay ..... Don't pay unless you're very very sure of purchasing .They are big liers and make people beg for refund... that too not 100%..... I have suffered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE AWARE before paying any token/EOI if you are not sure! REFUND process is very lengthy and literally no one cares about it. Struggling sales manager suddenly becomes unresponsive after cancellation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BOOK AND DONT PAY BOOKING AMOUNT UNTIL AND UNLESS YOUR LOAN IS DONE. They fool people that they will provide refund but they won't. Be aware.. Dnt pay the booking amount. They kept me on hold for 3 months that I will get the refund but at the end they are denying to pay my refund. Worst service ever.. They are liers. Request you all not to fall into their trap about refunding the booking amount.. They make their customer suffer and beg for their own hard earned money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company service is pathetic. My 2 friends had cancelled the EOI of Arihant Aspire after dissatisfaction of the space provided and fake promises given by the salesperson. We are trying to connect since many days to know the update on the refund but the concern person is not responding . Even he do not have the decency to reply to the messages. Also during the launch day , one of the senior Manager was degrading the client which is not acceptable at all. Not going to be part of Arihant Superstructure now and in future.
