★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In an era where travel agents are finding every opportunity to scam their gullible customers, my experience with Arihant Travellam was not just fantastic but damn professional! I contacted Hardik (the person from Arihant) during very dire circumstances when the flights from India to the U.K. were either not available or they got cancelled last minute. Hardik was very professional in his job and brilliantly responsive to all my queries. This was my first booking through a travel agent and I had expressed a lot of concerns and doubts from my end. Hardik was incredibly patient in explaining them to me. Moreover, there were numerous issues with the airlines even after the payment was made from my end. Hardik was resilient in his attempt to secure me a flight ticket somehow. I contacted him at very odd hours like 1am and he was as professional as he was during working hours. I shall always remember this travel agent for his timely help! Thanks!
I would highly recommend Arihant for any of your travel plans, be it leisure or professional. They are fast, reliable and absolutely professional with good ethics!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This man is big FRAUD, I have booked Dubais Flighg tickets from him and flight got cancelled , he didn’t informed me until I checked the ticket status. Upon asking , he started preaching me that I am being oversmart and why I didn’t update email ID in tickets. Later he was being very rude and started talking like don’t irritate me and all, I will refund your money once I will get it. Now it’s 3 months still he didn’t refunded my not responding to my calls nor my messages. If is having some ethics then he will refund my hard earned money .
