★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ariston Multispeciality Hospital has been a blessing for me and my family during emergency. Me and my brother were admitted and recovered due to prompt decision and action taken by Dr. Ish Kathpalia. Sir ( Dr. Ish Kathpalia) is one of the best Doctors I've visited until now.
However, myself being a Doctor also, I feel that some of the staff nurses and housekeeping staff working in the inpatient department need thorough, periodic training and regular supervision for improvement.

Tha whole family is money minded.
They are ill equipped and try to convince.
ce me ce patients to stay back to raise the bill..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Denied treatment at 12 midnight for a simple subcutaneous injection for treatment of Diarrhoea.They did not have the injection and we got it from outside. They denied giving treatment to my father, saying we cannot use outside injections.
Not sure why they have opened a hospital if they don't want to treat patients. Pretty sure the losers will rot in hell.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. I booked a follow up session with Dr Shuvendu Roy here for my ankle fracture treatment.
I booked an appointment for 6:15 PM on 06 September, 2021.
I was kept waiting for close to 1.5 hour in pain in the lobby.
Each time we asked the hospital staff about the doctor's availability , they kept saying it will take 15 mins more citing some emergency case inside. All the while more 'emergency' patients kept getting admitted ahead of us.
When we finally decided to leave, the reception boy had to push the wheelchair outside.
The staff boy was outside , fiddling around on his phone, unaware of what was happening inside.
The arrogance of the hospital staff is unbelievable.
If you value your life and safety, DO NOT EVER COME TO ARYSTON HOSPITAL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hospital denies treatment to the patients in dire need. They denied treatment to our patient for just providing an injection. We had procured the injection from outside as well, since they did not have that one in the stock.
They would rather let patient die than just injecting an available injection. We were ready to pay for everything including hospital charges for a simple injection job of 5-10 mins, procurement of syringes / cotton etc. Yet these people refused the simple treatment.
Government should ban such hospitals from operating. Even after making profit on tractions, they work on their whims. Imagine what would they be doing for patients who do not have enough money.
