The only downside is that there're no shops nearby. Need to cross the busy roads twice or thrice even to get a Matchbox or a packet of milk!

Society has all amenities CCTV, all time water electricity, well maintained park, parking, roads , security, watchmen, labour etc. All available amenities are provided by the efforts of the President and members of society.
