★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did not see the review and booked to suffer. It is 100% correct that the.services are not relaudable. All cheap tricks are adopted to cheat and loot. Even After continuous follow-up post booking the cab details appeared 30 minutes late. And cab appeared 2 hour late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service ARJUNCABS BANGALORE. Best part is that customer will have the exact idea of the entire travel package which includes the Driver's charge which avoids confusion in the end and situations where Driver wrongfully asks for extra charge.
My experience was awesome. Driver was very good and polite. At no point of time he drove the car in a rash manner. He was knowledgeable about the points we wanted to visit for sightseeing(Mysore & Ooty) and places for shopping at cheap and reasonable rate. He made sure that travel was convenient for us.
Will definitely recommend this to my social circle.

The ride went smooth, but at the time of settlement, we forget to deduct the advance amount which we paid earlier (500 Rs) from the total amount. we intimated the same with besto tours team and they requested for some time solve it. they refund me the extra amount taken by the driver. The customer support team is excellent and very helpful. I would recommend my friends to avail their service. Thanks alot Team

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just some days before we booked a cab from arjuncabs for Mysore trip from Bengalore. Nicely we finished the tour but there was a problem with the Bill amount. On the next day when we intimate arjuncabs about our issue, they asked for some days to solve it. Finally they refund me the extra amount taken by the driver. The customer support team is excellent and very helpful. I would recommend my friends to avail their service. Thanks a lot team of arjuncabs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ While boarding the flight , in hurry I booked a cab from airport to electronic city online on arjun cab website. They said 1000 rs from electronic city to airport including toll and I agreed ... Later I checked and their website says 844 including toll. When I called them and they say sir taxi is already in place and it's costlier because electronic city is actually outside city limits. Their website does not talk any such thing at all. I have no issue paying 150 extra but but not by being fooled. I could have said no to the taxi but just because I am travelling with my whole family, don't want to get into another booking and wait.
It's a lesson for me. Better pay little more but always take a reputed taxi service..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a great experience with reliable car rental! There was only one car remaining in the class of vehicle we reserved, which ended up having a safety recall. We were promptly upgraded and sent on our way. I was a bit taken aback when we were handed the keys and told to let them know if there were any concerns, but on a brand new vehicle there were none. We were respectful with the car, cleaned it up a little before returning it with a full tank of gas, and were charged exactly the amount quoted on the reservation. We declined their insurance as I was double-covered with my own auto policy plus coverage through the cc i used. I would definitely recommend.
