★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aweful start. I tried to book an appointment with Dr. Rekha Agarwal. However, she was not scheduled to see patients at Ark Hospital. So, the receptionist booked me to meet with Dr Agarwal at the Santacruz clinic. As it turns out, I show up at 4 pm and they tell me that the doctor will only be there at 5 pm. When I check with the receptionist, she claims she has been calling me and messaging me all day, but has taken down a wrong number and very casually tells me to wait till 5 pm.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst doctor i have ever seen. Dr continue keep on charging me ₹2000 for every visit. And after visit he said take report of this n that, for report checkup he again charged rs Rs.2000/-. After 6 month when I visited again he said i didn't give you B12 medicine in my 1st prescription. M sorry. Not take a pills for B12 . Even though it was his mistake he chared me ₹1500/- again without any other check-up.
