β β β β β Very Unprofessional and Currupt Builder. Doesn't have any ethics. Many pending cases are against him and his articles regarding his pending cases have been published in Newspapers.
Still, they have not changed their approach and are still harassing people. They neither give possession in time, don't handover the society properly and believe in fooling their customers.
Humble appeal to all....Be cautious with such Builders.

β β β β β WORST & MOST UNPROFESSIONAL BUILDER. I have purchased flats in his scheme in wagholi . The possession is delayed by 2 years plus, from the original committed date, as of now. And even though, there is no sign of giving possession. There is a lack of basic amenities and maintenance, even after paying huge amounts separately for that. Never ever trust these people.. never ever buy any property from them, even if available at discounted prices...Stay away from this builder.

β β β β β I have bought a flat in Alfa Landmark society developed by this builder. Worst experience so far. A project of 2 buildings where ppl are staying since 2016 have no boundary wall. Each building was supposed to have 2 lifts, yet only one is installed so far. Neither the play area for kids nor gym has been completed yet. Borewell don't have water and there is a delay in surveying premise for the other well.
These guys have not provided us even a name plate for door after 6 months of moving in.
Takes a lot of efforts in following up with their guys to get basic necessities completed.

I am the flat owner of Alpha homes.. Never recommend to anyone to invest here.
I tried to calling on their head office landline number.... But landline number not working. I was asking the contact number of owner but sales person refuse to give the number. There is lots of issues in parking allotment.
