★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't recommend buying from here. Even though it looks good from outside,there are a lot of issues here. Lift and backup still aren't available. It is difficult to get loan from banks because of the legalities. And apparently builder is charging maintenance before handing over the apartment.. thank god we backed off before buying...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) "Lift will be available in 2 weeks". This is what we have been hearing for an year. Lift, which was supposed be available from Jan 2020 is not available yet. None of the amenities are available.
2) There is NO backup, NO lift, NO cauvery water.
3) Eventhough the basic amenities are not available we still paid 2k as maintenance. More than half the flats (Total no of flats is 35) are still unoccupied, and these flats belong to land owners who refuse to pay maintenance(which they are supposed to). Because of this, the tenants have to pay land owner's share of maintenance too.
4) There is STP leakage issue because of which entire apartment stinks like garbage dump. There was also some frothing from STP. Forget corona, this apartment would be the perfect ground zero for next pandemic.
5) There was an incident where our shoes and light bulbs from common area where stolen. Even when we complained about this to the builder, they refused to install CCTV cameras
6) There is no Apartment association yet, so for every need you have to beg the builder and those guys are the worst. They dont respond to any of the issues.
7) There is also seepage issue in almost all the flats. No proper waterproofing has been done by the builder.
And the cherry on top of the cake is, even if they get lift and backup I am guessing the maintenance would come more than 5k since landowners dont pay maintenance for their flats.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for five months and vacated because of seepage problem, STP smell and false promises on amenities .The building quality was very poor where the tiles were breaking easily. Also the builders were very rude and always giving false promises, the apartment was supposed to get the power back up,lift ,security camera, cauvery water etc by Jan2020 but nothing has been provided till date. But still we had to pay maintenance of 2k (for watchman and common cleaning). Also the land owners didnt pay a single penny as maintenance for the flats they owned which resulted in increasing the maintainance and thats when i vacated my flat. Please dont buy or rent in this flat.
