★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here's a first hand experience and feedback from someone (me) who has been living in Arkade Art since July last year. The complex and amenities are good. No doubt the builder's office tries to maintain a good relationship, but that's for as long as society is NOT formed. Once the society is formed, even the issues that were promised to be fixed by the builder start to get de-prioritized. Here's an example - For over a month, the water in the flush for all buildings looks and smells like it was taken directly from the sewer (Check out the pictures). That's not all, water also comes bearing gifts like worms and larvae. Despite of multiple attempt from people in the society, there's no solution. Oh wait, actually the solution was that STP needed change of chemicals for cleaning water, which they apparently "fixed", yet this stubborn water does not want to clean itself. Yeah, I think everyone is just waiting for the water to clean itself instead of realizing the health hazard it actually is. Looks like they are focused more on other projects like @ArkadeEarth.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though i have my own property I stayed there on rent for 11 months.
Pro: Excellent amenities, ambiance, cleanliness.
Cons: Water logging, Idiotic behavior of Agents, Newly formed committee didnt had sufficient knowledge about society bylaws. Watchman are worst. There is lot of discrimination i faced during my tenure, people here have a mentality that someone who is on rent are inferior, and they dont possess any rights cant live freely.
Overall a very poor experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Residential society of 4 buildings with good open space in side the complex. Having society gym club, kids playing zone, busket ball court. Close to western express highway.
The only big problem is no regular water supply, there is fix time for water 2 times in a day for half an ho. Fully under surveillance with CCTV cameras. Good and safe place to stay with family. Lots of place for kids to play down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Undoubtedly best project in Mira Bhayander in terms of ambience, amenities and people. Homogeneous crowd. Security is unparalleled. Best utilisation of open space. Lot of space...good for morning or evening walk.
No swimming pool but i think that is the least used amenity.

Huge ambience with club house facility.
But during monsoon session water logging problem is identified every time..
