★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I checked the rating and feedback from many patients on Google and decided to go ahead for ultrasound here .I reached at right time but to my utter surprise even after 1and half hour I did not know when my turn would come as there were many out of turn patients entertained .we asked many times to provide us the list but it was not shared.I faced mental harrassment as I couldn't hold as had taken a lot ofwater to build pressure.ultimately i had to ask for the money back and learn from the mistake by believing in this diagnostic centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There should be better doctors for better treatment and better labs for better diagnosis which is ARM. Excellent staff, High quality equipments, Very nice location and clean area, Specially way of talking by all staff from entry to exit.
We are happy with the services provided in the lab.
ARM team, thank you very much for providing excellent service.
Suggestion: If you can provide some reports through mail or whatsapp without any hiccups during this pandemic then that would be a great job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a nice experience. Hygiene were properly maintained. Staff was so polite and helpful Especially Receptionist, Samar and Romit. Had to wait longer hours but I appreciate that they give priority to emergency cases.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very healthy and clean environment maintained. The thing i quite like is the polite staff which is lacked in so many hospitals. They were quite guiding and polite in their ways especially Ms Bhalla who was very helpful through all the time.
Secondly all the technology used were up to date and every thing was organized.
