★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inside Kalka this place is situated. Basically this is a small Military base..... I use to go often for grocery purchases.... But I must say that army made this place looks way better than the outside Kalka.... When u enter this place things u will love is cleanliness, rules nd regulations (which is an integral part of our Army), greenery nd much more..... Grocery, liquor nd basic amenities u will get inside at a cheaper rate than outside but either u need to be a serving Army personnel or a dependent of them to visit here nd purchase something....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are collecting the card on Day 1 before 3:30pm and distribute the requested items on Day 2. Which I guess very complicated for the person coming from outside KALKA.
I guess it may be complicated as people have to come twice a time to travel all along to Canteen.
I request please improve the system and use technology such that unnecessary extra process steps must reduce.

Eligibility :
All serving commissioned officers of Army, Navy, Air force, Coast guards and Border Road Organizations.
- All retired and released short service commission officers of Army, Navy & Air force those who have completed minimum 5 years of service from the date of commissioned and availing all other CSD facilities.
- Widows of officers those who are availing all other CSD facilities.
-PBOR ( Personal Below Officers Rank ) those who have completed 15 years of decorated services of Army, Navy & Air force. ( They are authorized for cars below 1300 CC. )
- All retired PBOR ( Personal Below Officers Rank ) those who have completed 15 years of decorated services of Army, Navy & Air force. ( They are authorized for cars below 1300 CC).
- Class 1 officers of Ministry of Defence. They are authorized in selective depots with certain terms and conditions.
