★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for family & friends at Alibag-Varsoli beach, walkable distance from beach. Staff here is very co-operative, personally I feel that they have looked after the needs of their guest. Rooms are spacious & clean for stay of small family.

The staff is nice and will try to help
200 meters walk from the beach.
The beds are not at all comfortable.
Spacious rooms AC works perfectly
A good space to play and have a family time.
Please do not have the food it’s just not good quality and taste wise but pretty cheap though
Not recommended for couples.
Wifi speed is great
2 cars can be parked
The roads are narrow and can be scary at night times.
Great for college people.
There’s a terrace and pretty interesting up there.
The staff has no problem with loud music alcohol or any other things.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are good. But no hospitality at all. Service is very poor. Owner is least bother about guests. No drinking water available in rooms. they will provide if you asked. Only thali system food is available & only if you informed prior to 6-7 hrs. Same situation for breakfast also. if you asked anything to owner, you will get negative response. not suitable for picnic. Food will not served after 10PM. It feels like hostel. Not recommended for picnic and enjoyment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing is the word! Absolutely loved Arnav cottage, You will love the ambience and the vibe. The owner is very professional and they treat you like a family, We had a great time over there, cherry on the cake is that the beach is just 2-3 min walking distance. Definately will visit again.
