★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best place for chill out with frds and family . Surrounded by greenary. bunglow was well maintained with comfort and cosy bedroom to relax and pool to enjoy and best part is bunglow is located 15-20min away from main city

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like the villa but they have only 2 bhk but they nice space and the care taker was good. We enjoyed full night in villa with DJ with low volume they allow us and we celebrate our friends bday on terrace amazing morning view and quite big swimming pool and garden and also have parking space. Nice place to visit. But I wanna add one point if you want to visit be there in afternoon or before sunset after that the road construction are which is not quite good and feel like horror ??

-care taker is very helpful person
-the cook Mr. Sachin is a super chef
but the property need some upgradation e.g. -bathroom needs washbasins
- more cutlery is needed
-please provide microwave also
our overall experience was good and we enjoyed staying there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa is approximately 20-30 mins ride from panvel station. its kindoff an off road track so make sure you take a suv and not a sedan. caretaker was good, there is a cute dog named monty as well and a rabbit too near the caretakers residence. pool was not 100% clean as its surrounded by dust so eventually it gets dirty but its manageable. we had major crisis with food as over phone the owner told us there are plenty of hotels available but in reality we found only one which was a canteen facility. the caretaker didn't even mention where can we find food, just a vague direction that "on the way we can find" the food we managed to get from the canteen was good, spicy af but good. villa has 2 medium sized bedrooms the basin in the lower level washroom was leaking. villa was clean, tv, wifi worked just fine. piece of advice:- go from your private vehicle as while coming back no transportation is available and caretaker doesn't know anything

It is quiet isolated place so we can enjoy music till late.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villa is gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated. The pool is amazing at all hours of the day and night (excellent star gazing). The staff is wonderful! So kind, thoughtful and courteous. They are very helpful and lovely to be around, yet know how to blend into the background and still be there when you need them.We love the warmth and thoughtfulness of the all staff members. In general, the cleanness of the villa was refreshing and comfortable to stay in. We will definitely recommend this stay to our friends and family. Thank you so much. We shall see each other again!!!!!!!
