★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all, I would like to thank you for opening a new branch at Besa located in Nagpur city. It was required looking to the growing inhabitants in this remote area of Nagpur.
I visited your Branch at Besa for my diabetic problem. Dr. Bhushan Shende attended and treated me very well. His approach towards the patients is very good, very nice advice etc.. Other staff is also very Cooperative and helpful in all situations.
I once again, thank you very much for your supportive role played for health care to all citizens of this area.

Tip: Bring your lunch. Came at 10 from a different state, it's 2, still no one saw my 80ys old father. First come first serve is a MYTH here. Management staff is the worst. They delayed so much that we really were worried about our diabetic dad. They will take too many appointments and then they can't handle the patients. A big hospital like this should have single mic and speaker so that patients and relatives can listen. But no.... nothing. A lot of miscommunication happens because of this. The ECO staff called my father, asked him to wait for 5 minutes and left him standing outside the room for 30 minutes. Don't they understand how they should treat a heart patient? I guess not.
People come from different states and spend their money here just to face bad management.
A tip: Bring your lunch and evening snacks coz you don't know how long they will take.
