Really pathetic vaccination process of covid-19. Not giving any message of dose 1 and not listening to the problems of helping us in getting any proof of getting vaccinated. Pathetic management. Rajbari hospital was way better.

I was admitted in this Nursing Home in January 2021 with cough and fever. Treatment is very poor. Doctor visited me at 00.40 hrs in midnight. Oxygen cylender was empty. Ultimately I was shifted to another nursing home by my family.

Vaccination was done on time. Hospital was tidy and staff are well behaved. Must go for vaccination here, nice experience.

Today I got jabbed with 1st Dose of Paid Covaxin at Arogya Niketan Pvt. Ltd. ( CoWIN Portal Appointment ) I visited this Nursing Home for the first time for vaccination. Glad to be the first recipient of Vaccine that too before time! ( My slot was 10:30am - 11:30am ) But today vaccination began half an hour earlier than usual time. So I got lucky. It was an unexpectedly smooth and hassle free experience. The Staffs are well trained, well treated , cooperative, very polite and well mannered with good hospitality and management. Clean and Well maintained place. Thanks to all the staffs for providing a good service. Will visit again for Second Dose.

Don’t ever choose this hospital for vaccination. I am highly surprised and shocked to see people’s good reviews about their vaccination experience at this place. I have not seen such rude and horrible staff anywhere else. I went to this place for vaccination by taking an online appointment between 12-2 pm , to my shocked when I visited this place , they told me that i need to wait till some more 10 people comes in for vaccination, even if it takes me entire day. Are we seriously such jobless that even after paying for vaccination we will wait entire day in their hospital? ?? In that case why cant we could go to any govt affiliated Centers and stand in que at least at the end of the day we will get the vaccine unlike these people who says we cant guarantee you if 10 people will come or not ?? I requested them to provide me thr service, as i have a newborn baby at home and can’t wait entire day at their centre, they refused by saying its their rule !!! To hell with such pathetic rules by adding pvt ltd to your name you guys are doing business in real sense rather then providing service to the society?

Vaccination was very nice, sad was very polite, management was good. My patients are admitted here and they are always healthy. This is the best nursing home in uttarpara

Not at all good They will recommend u ICU for any kind of disease. I admitted my Grandmother she just have some stomach ace. Doctor and other staff said she is very ill and has to be admitted in ICU immediately. They also don't give original report of the test done. She was in hospital for 4 days Day 1- She got admitted as per doctor and other staff her condition was very poor and she was to be admitted in ICU IMMEDIATELY, we with concern admitted her in the hospital, and staff gave us a prescription of medicine of Rs. 5500 Day 2- When I visited I requested hospital staff to shift her to general ward but hospital staff said her condition was not good and they said she has an infection in her lungs when they gave me report WBC(WHITE BLOOD CELL) was 18000 which normally was to be 11000 and they said keritine was 1.9 which normally should have been 1.1 They said condition is not at all good and again they handed me a prescription of medicine which costed 7700 Day 3- When I visited my grandmother I asked her how is she feeling, she said she is all right and want to come back home, I asked her about the Medicine, she just said the hospital staff is just taking out medicine out of her room. On the third day I forcefully asked doctor an hospital staff to shift her to general ward they shifted an said it's ur risk. On evening i asked doctor about the report he said her condition is good an we will leave her tomorrow. Day 4- This day was the worst day they gave me again a prescription of medicine which costed around 8000 again an said to birng these medicine else her condition is getting worse. I bought the medicine and asked her to discharge her by today. I forcefully discharged her from the hospital on day 4 with a bill of 50000. I asked a doctor outside the hospital what is her condition now and said her full story...the doctor said it was just a food poision. A injection worth RS. 500 would make her normal. All report of lungs an all were fake. Now my grandmother is fully fine ? and good in health without any medicine. Never ever visit this hospital again.
