With over 3 years of experience here, I developed strong understanding of testing various applications on different environments, finding bugs and giving exact logs to the developers. I learnt how to manage tasks in a stipulated time period. My team members were always very supportive and helpful. The management is awesome and keeps encouraging innovation and new ideas from your side. It was a great learning experience to be a part of such a fast-paced growing organization where you have so much to learn and contribute. I am going to miss and relish every moment spent here. The work culture in Arokia promotes you to think, innovate and use your ideas to build productivity for the organization and grow yourself. You get to learn a lot once you are a part of this company and the management is great to help at all times. I got great exposure to work as an Accounts and Admin Executive and was responsible for preparing monthly invoices, closing monthly financial statements and assisting with the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
