The quality of attendants and level of training is very mediocre and Lailesh understood that my father required special handling. He ensured that the customer service rendered to me was prompt, by honouring his commitments and adhering to time lines. I found that he was the only one within Arooj who knew what client handling skills meant and with patience he sorted out my multiple challenges. Lailesh is an asset to Arooj as his strengths are communication, honesty and time management. It's unfortunate that I couldn't continue to engage with Arooj further, but I will definitely recommend your organisation as long as Lailesh continues to be a part of it.

Our family truly appreciated the nursing staff, both day and night nurses. Special mention of Surshree for her handling of all our requirements!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service, with back up staff should a duty nurse need an off. We had contracted them for 24 hr nursing to take care of my sister-in-law once she was moved out of ICU to a pvt room at Kokilaben Hospital, Andheri, Bombay.

Surshree on the reception was very helpful in listening to my query and finding me a suitable nurse in a very short time. She was very helpful in responding to my various queries.
Rinku our nurse was brilliant as well. She had prior experience of working at the hospital and I felt at peace leaving my mother with her overnight. She was also prompt on time every evening.
Overall an excellent experience! Thanks to the Arooj Healthcare team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My father had a brain stroke and choice of home care was between arooj and one of their competitors. The initial assessment itself was done In detail at the hospital and the care was started the very next stay. The staff is very well experienced and we don’t have to worry about the right care. They were very helpful is arranging a last minute help which was cancelled by other agencies too. They also have a weekly review of the nursing staff to keep them in check. Overall, it has Been a great experience so far.
