Earlier times when the shop was newly opened, the behavior was too polite which had really impressed me so much that even today after 3-4 years when I needed to buy some stationary and gift objects, I decided to go to this shop instead of any other stationary shop that is there on the way. But what I found is now that their shop has got famous and they don't need to behave politely to their customers anymore.
The behavior, the responses to customer's queries were too rude, now they do not have any patience to handle every single customer and I guess now losing few customers is okay with them.
