Services are overcharged and of bad quality . Staff(Technician) is ill trained , they damage the glasses and frames given to them for repair and after that they say you need better quality stuff which according to them is only available at their shop.
The main owner doesnot know how to speak with customers . One of the poorest quality Optical service provider.
