★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am into online business and three years ago, one of my friend Atul Mogha suggested me this shop as I used to purhase from random shops at Sadar Bazaar for my packaging material. After his suggestion, I started buying from this shop and found their prices competitive from others. Once in a week I used to go there for my purchases. After pandemic - everything changed and people now knowing the worth of evey penny - My work also impacted because of pandemic and I was forced to stop my work for 7 months. When I reconciled my stock and packing material etc - I found few of packing material will be of no use at all and I went back to this shop and exchanged with other material - which they happily did and I was surprised the prices went up after covid and for my material purchased worth Rs 490 they were giving me back Rs 50 - where I was totally shocked to see the professionalism of this shopkeeper - who not easily exchanged his old product and moreover giving me extra money Rs 50 (extra because the prices were over and he charged me the current price) - I was literally touched with their gestures and asked him to provide me more items worth Rs 200 so that I can pay them from my pocket for their profit instead of doing the cheap act of taking back Rs 50 in my pocket. The overall experience at this shop has been WONDERFUL and I am THANKFUL TO THEM FOR THEIR HUMBLENESS TOWARDS CUSTOMERS - KINDNESS - PROFESSIONALISM - HUMANITY - AND MOREOVER THE BEST SERVICE!!! HATS OFF TO THEM SPECIALLY TO EISH - GOD BLESS THEM ALWAYS!!!!
