★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will charge 1500 bucks just to show the properties whether you like them or not. Not only that, they will take full month brokerage which not good to everyone's pocket. If you can afford, go there. Otherwise it's better to go to other dealers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called them, they asked 1000 rs. To show 5 properties for rent. When I refused to pay the amount they said ok visit my office.
After going there again they asked for money and one month rent. I said NO, then he agreed to show me some properties, which were not as per the requirment. Total waste of time and money. Fake listing on 99 acres, No brokerage, Housing.com, and Magic Bricks. Display 15 days brokerage on 99acre but once u reach, they keep condition 1-month brokerage other dealers ask for 15days brokerage.

When I got to know that they have charged double and requested for the refund, they didn’t respond and after two months of rigorous follow up with them somehow, I managed to get my money back. So please think twice before booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My personal experience visiting here was very unfruitful. The owner has a very lavish, maintained office and good sales pitch. But behind that it is completely opposite, they would charge a hefty fee ranging from Rs 1000 to Rs 2000 as registration fees, but when it comes to seeing their inventory of flats , they are of very bad quality. They won't focus on your requirement and expectations which they promise to deliver once they get registation fees. It's just better to visit another broker in same area if you are interested to look into flats in that area.
